Our national and international tours have reached millions of audience members at over 1,500 commercial and non-profit venues in all 50 states in the US; 8 provinces in Canada, Sydney, Australia, China, Singapore and other territories. We have toured 20+ productions based on top-rated television series, over 80 book titles, as well as original theater productions, targeted to multi-generational family audiences.

A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Brad launched the BSO in 1983 as a management company and booking agency for classic and contemporary jazz artists and is responsible for the company’s expansion into the representation of theatrical, dance and variety presentations. Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie-Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. He is a graduate of the Commercial Theater Institute and a member of North American Performing Arts Managers & Agents (NAPAMA), Arts Presenters (APAP) and the Western Arts Alliance (WAA).
Barbara is President of the Family Entertainment Division of the BSO which she established in 1991. As partner of the agency, she also collaborates on all roster acquisitions, as well as media and marketing strategy. Barbara has a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Science degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Barbara is a member of North American Performing Arts Managers & Agents (NAPAMA), Arts Presenters (APAP), International Performing Arts for Youth (IPAY), and the Western Arts Alliance (WAA).
Emilie joins BSO after serving as the Associate Producer/Production Manager for Gables Grove Productions overseeing several national tours and family programs on Carnival Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Emilie has known BSO since her 3 years touring as Company/Production Manager for John Tartaglia’s ImaginOcean throughout the US, Singapore and Sydney Opera House. Before traveling, Emilie worked with French Woods Festival, New Haven Ballet, Huntsville Ballet, Yale Opera, Circus Nexus and American Girl Theater. Graduate of North Carolina School of the Arts, School of Design and Production.
Irene Pazzani is a true veteran of the entertainment industry! Upon completion of her college education, Irene, a Connecticut-born New Englander moved to Los Angeles and began her extensive career at Triad Artists which ultimately became the William Morris Agency. From 1990 to 2004, Irene held many positions within the Adult Contemporary Music Division of William Morris honing her negotiating and management skills during this time. Upon returning to the Northeast, she managed a comedy club in Providence, RI for several years, and then entered the world of non-profit performing arts centers, with stints at the Stamford Center for the Arts, (CT), The Warner Theatre (Torrington, CT) and Mayo Performing Arts Center (Morristown, NJ). Irene's depth of experience and engaging personality is a great asset to the BSO team.
