FRIENDS! The Unauthorized Musical Parody is the Global #1parody comedic musical that lovingly pokes fun at TV’s Friends, celebrating the adventures of your favorite group of 20- somethings as they navigate the pitfalls of work, life and love in 1990s Manhattan. It’s a typical day at New York’s only coffee shop, Central Perk, until an unexpected runaway bride bursts in and kicks the whole gang out of second gear! The musical recreates favorite moments from all 10 seasons of Friends through an uncensored, fast-paced, music-filled romp.

Producer: Founded in 2012, Lynn Shore Entertainment is the Lead Creative Producer of FRIENDS! The Unauthorized Musical Parody which opened Off-Broadway in 2017 at St. Lukes Theater on 46th Street in New York and extended twice, and BRIDESMAIDS! The Unauthorized Movie Musical Parody which opened in Las Vegas and won Best New Show. LSE is also the Lead Creative Producer of Happy 50ish which opened in 2015 Off-Broadway at the Beckett Theater on 42nd Street in New York. Over 3 years this show also ran Off-Broadway at New World Stages and The Triad.
Book and Lyrics: Bob and Tobly McSmith are huggable weirdos who met at a Girl Scout Convention. They are the writers/directors of “Bayside! The Musical!” and “Full! House! The Musical!” and “Katdashians! The Musical!” and “Showgirls! The Musical!” and “JonBenet! Murder Mystery Theater!” Bob and Tobly have been nominated for a cornucopia of honors.
Music: Assaf Gleizner - Born and raised in Israel, Assaf Gleizner has been working as a composer, MD, orchestrator, and arranger both in NYC and around the world for the past 10 years. Assaf's favorite credits include: Broadway: Stephen Schwartz 70th Birthday Concert - Featuring Ben Platt, Renee Fleming, Lindsey Mendez, & Andrew Lippa (Hudson Theater) Orchestrator, Arranger, Arts For Autism- Featuring Kelly O'Hara, Julia Murney, & Christopher Jackson (Gershwin Theater) Orchestrator, Arranger. Off-Broadway: Friends the Musical Parody (St Luke's Theater).
Director: Paul Stancato is an award-winning director/ choreographer who works in theatre, film and television. Paul has been tapped to direct a project for Universal Studios Beijing. Palm Beach Dramaworks- one of South Florida’s premier not-for-profit theatres- will be bringing Paul on board to helm Collected Stories by Donald Margolis for their 2016-’17 season. He recently directed/ choreographed the 2014-’15 National Tour of Jekyll and Hyde. From 2012-2014, he served as the Artistic Director for Franco Dragone’s, The House of Dancing Water in Macau, China. He was the Resident Director for the National Tour of Disney’s The Lion King, 2006 -2010 (2008 Helen Hayes nomination for Best Touring Musical).
